  • Active NMC pin is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a CQC Nursing Home Manager or Registered Home Manager.

  • Maintaining statutory & regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee budgets, resources & staffing efficiently.

Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

Location: Staffordshire, West Midlands

Hours: 40 days with flexibility

Currently rated “Good” by CQC, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to maintain excellence and drive the home towards an “Outstanding” rating.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high clinical care & governance
