Job summary

A renowned nursery in Chiswick is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to lead the nursery room, ensuring a joyful and safe environment for children. The successful candidate will act as the main contact for carers and parents, and support the delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum. Qualifications

Compensation

£28,000 – £33,000 per year

Role Overview

Responsibilities

In this role you will lead the nursery room and ensure a joyful, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. You will act as the main point of contact for carers, parents and the wider team, and support the delivery of a high quality early years curriculum.

Qualifications
  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum and experience leading in an Early Years setting.
  • Level 2 qualifications in English, including functional skills, are required if a Level 3 qualification was obtained after 2014.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
