Job Title: Race Mechanic – British & European F4 Championships
Location: UK & Europe (Travel Required)

Argenti Motorsport is seeking an experienced and motivated Race Mechanic to join our team competing in the British and European F4 Championships. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and operating high-performance single-seater race cars in a dynamic, fast-paced motorsport environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and service F4 cars to the highest standards before, during, and after race events.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, drivers, and other team members to optimize car performance.
  • Support the team at race meetings, test days, and workshops both in the UK and across Europe.
  • Ensure all work is carried out with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven motorsport mechanic experience, ideally within single-seater or similar racing categories.
