A leading social care charity in Dunoon is seeking an Overnight Responder. In this part-time role, you will provide immediate, person-centred support to individuals in urgent situations. About the RoleAs a Support Practitioner (Overnight Responder), your role will involve conducting dynamic risk assessments, screening needs through effective communication and working proactively to prevent hospital admissions. While you may be working independently, you won’t be alone; our close‑knit team offer support and ensures continuity of care for the people we support.
