An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and forward‑thinking Veterinary Surgeons to join the founding team of a brand‑new, independently owned veterinary hospital opening in the Rugby area. This rare role is ideal for clinicians who want more than a standard out‑of‑hours position and are motivated by the chance to help shape a high‑standard, 24/7 hospital from the ground up. The leadership team is seeking dedicated vets for both the day and night services—particularly those who hold a postgraduate certificate, are working towards one, or are keen to begin advanced training. Successful candidates will play a key role in establishing clinical standards, developing patient pathways, and contributing to the hospital’s strategic direction.
