A children's support organization in North Chailey is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to provide overnight care for children and young adults with complex disabilities. This full-time role involves building trusting relationships and delivering person-centered care while working in a dedicated team. Responsibilities include supporting children with nighttime routines, administering medication, and ensuring their safety.
