Qualifications

• At least 6 months' relevant experience in front-line customer service.
• Ability to engage clients and provide them with a good experience.
• Demonstrated rapport-building skills to ensure client trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients to offer assistance.
• Manage incoming alarm calls and outgoing health and wellbeing support calls.
• Ensure timely response to client emergencies.
