Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 5 days out of 7

We’re currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You’ll support the night team in running reception overnight—helping guests feel welcome and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to Marriott brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to guests during the night shift
  • Managing overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
  • Supporting night audit procedures and completing admin tasks accurately
  • Handling guest feedback or concerns and ensuring follow-up is completed
  • Conducting regular safety and floor checks
  • Keeping the handover log and daily records up to date
  • Following all current procedures and new company updates
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office role (night shift preferred)
  • Comfortable using hotel systems – experience with Opera is a plus
  • A great communicator who is calm, professional, and approachable
  • Someone dependable, open, and happy to work independently overnight
  • A team player who supports colleagues and takes pride in their work

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
