  • Take care of guests from arrival through departure.
  • Provide quality service during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay.
  • Complete all audit tasks as specified.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts.
  • Ensure security procedures with credit transactions and guest confidentiality.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales.
  • Attend to duties as requested by Management.
