We’re looking for a results-driven New Business Account Manager to join our team at ITB. In this role, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities with new white logo clients. You’ll represent the full range of ITB’s solutions, working closely with both our customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support. We are looking for someone who thrives under the pressure of generating New Business, and has a demonstrable track record of doing this on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking
  • Sell the full range of ITB solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Actively visit prospects to strengthen partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and pre sales to support sales campaigns
  • Attend industry events and represent ITB externally when required
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts and sales reports
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop strong partnerships with the ITB supply chain
About You
  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion for sales and business development
  • A strong relationship builder and communicator
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years IT or tech sector
  • Driven, target-oriented and proactive in approach
  • Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
