A leading supply chain solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Lean Specialist to lead and embed a culture of Lean across the organization. This role requires a successful track record in implementing Lean principles, ability to influence stakeholders, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will work with operational teams to drive strategic initiatives and foster continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to building a sustainable Lean culture. A salary of up to £60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or allowance, are offered.
Are you a dynamic and results‑driven Lean Specialist looking to lead and embed a culture of Lean across GXO? If you answered Yes, this role could be your next opportunity! The role is initially within our Transport Operation, on the Screwfix contract.
Reporting to the Head of Lean, you will work in close partnership with operational teams and senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and foster a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels. This role is critical to building a culture of lean and continuous improvement, delivering measurable and sustainable results.
Day shift pattern Monday to Friday; 08:00 – 16:00 with flexibility required. This is a network role so travel to our other sites will be required.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 DOE, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
