Job summary

A leading low-carbon energy organization is looking for a Policy & Commercial Development Manager. The successful candidate will lead LCCC’s development of policy and regulation concerning the Contracts for Difference (CfD) scheme. They will engage with the government and industry stakeholders, manage a direct report, and use their expertise to influence policy and drive low-carbon investment. If you have a strong understanding of the UK renewable energy landscape and effective communication skills, this could be an exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a policy and regulation role with Government interaction.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Experience developing commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of LCCC’s Policy and Regulation work.
• Manage relationships with industry regarding the CfD scheme.
• Provide analysis to inform future policy design.
