Qualifications

• Experience of working on local authority schemes in Greater Manchester.
• Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable in health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including contractors and the project management team.
• Conduct site inspections to identify safety hazards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
