About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections on materials and components using a variety of NDT methods specifically Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection to ensure product integrity and compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-destructive testing inspections on a range of materials and components.
  • Select and apply appropriate NDT techniques based on inspection requirements.
  • Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct tests in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Interpret test results to identify defects, irregularities, or anomalies.
  • Document findings and non-conformances, and prepare detailed inspection reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including job cards and OV sheets.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to assess and resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in NDT techniques through ongoing training.
  • Contribute to maintaining the integrity and safety of materials and products.
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Level 2 NDT Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) Certification
  • Proficiency in specific NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
