A major player in the food industry is seeking a National Account Manager for Healthy Snacking. Located in Sevenoaks, this role focuses on developing partnerships in Food to Go and expanding the convenience segment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in FMCG sales with experience engaging retailers. This fixed-term contract offers a competitive salary, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to shape beloved brands. The position allows hybrid working, three days a week in the office.

About the Role: Develop partnerships with new customers unlocking new opportunities within Food to Go, Meal Deals and extend our presence within convenience symbol, wholesale and forecourt accounts that have potential for growth. Unlock the ambition to grow the Convenience business. Develop and execute business plans, including promotion plans, with all symbol retailers in line with the Bel Category Vision and our Healthy snack category vision to build successful relationships with key retail partners. Manage all Sales financial reports analysis & development for the channel and work proactively alongside key stakeholders including Marketing, Category, Shopper, and Supply to develop and land Price Mark Packs where relevant for this channel.
The National Account Manager – Healthy Snacking Champion will report into a Head of Channel.
This is a fixed term contract for 1 year with possibility to be made permanent.
