Are you a qualified, and experienced tradesperson with experience working within the social housing sector along with the drive and commitment to succeed and further your career in a rewarding new position within a friendly and professional refurbishment team? If so we may be able to help.

Arvag Ltd works with several housing associations and is now looking to recruit skilled and efficient multi‑traders to join our refurbishment team covering North and South London contracts in occupied, and void properties.

We are looking for someone who has experience in social housing carrying out works using NHF schedule of rates and undertaking works including disrepair works, damp works, kitchen, bathroom and wet‑room installations, decorations, window and door installations/repairs, cap and cove wet‑room flooring including hot welds, brickwork, rendering, plastering, carpet/vinyl floor coverings and investigative works.

We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate must have a current CSCS card and asbestos awareness.
