Wessex Property Care is based in North Dorset and is part of the Wessex Group of companies who have been in business for over 60 years. Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi Operative to join our Property Care Division.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

This role requires a customer focussed, self‑motivated individual with a broad range of experience. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be tasked with a variety of repairs; maintenance and project works, including but not limited to:

• Complete all jobs within the relevant time scales (including participation in our on‑call rota when required).
• To use all equipment and materials in a safe manner, complying with Health and Safety requirements and code of conduct (including appropriate PPE).
• Cover out of hours call out rota.
• Plastering
• Floor & Wall Tiling – depending upon experience
• General repairs

Essential competencies:

• Experience and Knowledge of Plastering
• Flexible working hours/ Travel
• ICT Literate
• Valid UK driving licence

Desirable:

• PDA knowledge
• Previous experience of working within the Social Housing sector
• Experience of tiling in small works projects

Remuneration:

• Salary Up to £36,000 pa depending on experience
• 40 hours per week
• 24 days holiday (pro‑rata) plus Bank Holidays
