A not-for-profit organization is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative based in Rochford, covering the East region. Responsibilities include construction and maintenance tasks, such as installing kitchens and windows, while ensuring compliance with building regulations. Ideal candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 in carpentry, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. This role offers a competitive salary of £37,994 per year along with various employee benefits, including pension contributions and wellness support.

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
We have opportunities for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our Planned Works team, based in Rochford. Planned works will be deployed based on project requirements, either individually or in groups of up to nine. The scope of work will vary and may include minor works, capital projects, or reinvestment initiatives. Team composition and deployment will be determined by the nature and scale of each project to ensure efficient delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
A company van and tools will be included and the role will cover the sites across the East region.
