These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.**What you will be doing*** You will analyse equipment data to inform and implement the most effective approach towards maintenance.* Read and interpret machinery and component drawings, circuit/logic diagrams & schematics, maintenance manuals, and parts catalogues to enable maintenance and diagnostics.* Work alongside/support equipment OEM engineers as required* Consistently perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and reliable to a high performance standard. Utilising precision diagnostic instruments during maintenance.* Utilise problem solving skills (such as Root cause analysis) and ability to make sound recommendations based on judgement, training and previous experience.**Basic and preferred qualifications*** Have a time-served engineering apprenticeship in a multi-skilled, electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering discipline and NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience and qualifications.* Be a maintenance professional with high standards of electrical and mechanical knowledge with experience of fault diagnosis and rectification, carrying out planned maintenance activities and implementing improvements.* Have experience of working on electro-mechanical equipment, including knowledge of fault finding, diagnostics, interrogation and rectification of PLC's, multi-axes CNC machine tools and control systems.* Collaboration, flexibility and adaptability are key to meeting the ever-changing business requirements.
