A leading sustainable facilities management provider in the UK seeks a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical/Plumbing) for a permanent position. This full-time role involves executing planned maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and plumbing systems. Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical / Plumbing) to join our team on the Wheatley Contract, based from Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working on average 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £33,000 per annum depending on experience and in addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring all planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in water booster pump maintenance, commercial and industrial plumbing, and mechanical installations will be essential to maintaining and enhancing client assets.
