Buzz into a Sweet Career at Rowse Honey: Multi Skilled Engineer Wanted!

Position: Multi Skilled Engineer (Suitable for both mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, maintenance engineer)

Type: Full-time, Continental shift pattern

Responsibilities

• Be the Fixer: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on our buzzing machinery, keeping everything in tip-top shape.
• Be the Troubleshooter: Diagnose and squash mechanical and electrical issues faster than a bee can flap its wings.
• Be the Innovator: Assist in the installation of new machines and upgrades, bringing fresh ideas to our hive.
• Be Safe: Adhere to all health and safety regulations because happy bees are safe bees.
• Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively to find ways to make our production process as smooth as honey.
• Responsibilities will include working as part of the engineering team to provide effective and efficient mechanical and electrical support throughout the factory, including reactive support and planned maintenance; works with a wide range of complex automated cooking processes and packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification
• Able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry
• Experience of FMCG operations
• PC Literate (able to use computer-based maintenance systems)

• Able to strip machines in full and reassemble them, and complete machine size change procedures and adjustments
