Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience in implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Hold a current clean UK driving license.
• Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage maintenance and inventory of materials and supplies.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support maintenance needs.
• Manage upkeep of dealership showrooms and external grounds.
