Qualifications

• Basic understanding of proactive claims handling and insurance principles.
• Experience of handling motor damage and credit hire claims.
• Willingness to learn and progress into Personal Injury claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of motor damage and credit hire claims from first notification to settlement.
• Liaise with stakeholders including Clients, Brokers, Suppliers, Claimants and their representatives.
• Communicate effectively through multiple channels.
