About The Role: We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Chelmsford Showroom!

Responsibilities
  • Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
  • Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain this process to the customer during your visit.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Read, understand and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
