A local school in Ashford is looking for a Mid-Day Supervisor to join their friendly team. The role involves ensuring children's safety and enjoyment during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors. A Mid-Day Supervisor is required to work as part of our experienced and friendly team during the midday break.

This is a term time only role, working Monday to Friday during the hours of 11.40am and 1.10pm on a rota system, for 1 hour 30 minutes per day. It is for 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year and the salary grade is KSA(approx £351 per month).

We are seeking candidates who will:

  • Will effectively promote the vision, aims and positive ethos of the school
  • Be innovative and enthusiastic
  • Have a sense of humour with a positive approach
  • Get involved in administering basic first aid when necessary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the children have a stimulating and enjoyable lunch time, are kept safe, follow the school values, and play well with other children.

The role will be both indoors, supervising the children getting their lunch, eating it and cleaning up afterwards, and outdoors, running a variety of activities on the playground.
