We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Web Developer who’s passionate about building custom WordPress websites and writing clean, maintainable code. This is an in-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and enjoys building bespoke digital products.

Your main focus will be developing tailored WordPress sites for our B2B clients not off-the-shelf themes, but fully custom builds designed for clarity, performance, and flexibility.

Please note all our roles are based 5 days per week in our Chester City Centre offices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain bespoke WordPress themes
• Convert Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code
• Create flexible, component-based content blocks using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Compile and manage stylesheets/scripts with tools like Gulp and Sass
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all builds
• Collaborate closely with our 3D, Copy, Video, Designers and Client Services teams to deliver great work on time

Please note this role will be based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.

Responsibilities

• Produce professional grade video content to support corporate initiatives, from marketing campaigns and product launches to internal communications.
• Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished final products.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and plan video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
• Maintain and organise video assets and archives for easy retrieval and reference.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and video editing techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our content.

Skills & Requirements:

• WordPress (Custom Themes, ACF, WP-CLI)
• HTML5 / CSS3 / Sass
• Gulp (for compiling and managing scripts and styles)
• Git & GitHub

Nice-to-Have

Most of your work will be in WordPress, but we occasionally take on exciting interactive projects and we’re always looking to push the envelope.

You’ll occasionally get to work on:

• Laravel-based tools and platforms
• Vue.js applications for dynamic interfaces
• Custom sales tools, customer portals, and event stand experiences

If you’ve dabbled in these or are keen to learn, we’d love to know but don’t worry, it’s not a requirement.

Company Benefits

£30-35,000 salary (DOE)
