A major workplace pension scheme in the UK is seeking a Member Proposition Manager to lead the development of customer-centric propositions. This full-time role involves managing propositions from inception to market and ensuring they deliver against business outcomes. Candidates should have significant experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in developing propositions that enhance financial resilience for low to moderate income workers. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a supportive environment for professional growth.

This role sits within the Member Propositions team – our daily mission is to develop digital propositions that enable members to make the right financial decisions for them, both in the short term to improve financial resilience and in the long term to support pensions saving.
The Member Proposition Manager is a full‑time role, reporting to the Head of Member Propositions & Acquisition. It leads the development of innovative, customer‑centric propositions from the Discovery phase to launch and then manages propositions in market to ensure they deliver against business case outcomes. Skilled at working across all phases of the proposition development lifecycle, the role will have the gravitas to work across a matrix of functions to deliver and run successful customer propositions.
We are looking for an experienced individual that can really buy into what we are trying to deliver at Nest – enabling low to moderate income workers to achieve higher levels of financial resilience and plan for a more secure financial future.
