Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Location: Ely Bridge Surgery, 23 Mill Road, Cardiff, CF5 4AD

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Summary Of Main Responsibilities

• To present a calm and friendly image to patients
• To deal with enquiries from patients efficiently and courteously.
• To ensure effectiveness of appointment system and monitoring flow of patients in the surgery.
• To ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
• Ensure requests for repeat prescriptions are acted upon in accordance with Practice policies and procedures
• To record messages accurately and efficiently and assist other members of staff.
• To ensure that the surgery premises are kept tidy and safe.
