• Lead inpatient & outpatient programs (Adult, Dual Diagnosis, Child/Adolescent)
• Approximately 80% direct clinical care with the adult inpatient population
• Collaborate with NPs & multidisciplinary team; guide treatment planning
• Flexible daytime schedule with rotating night/weekend call
• Limited administrative duties (oversight, compliance, policy)

• BC/BE Psychiatry required; leadership experience preferred
• Competitive FMV compensation; employment or contractor models available
