Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Medical and Health Services Managers to collaborate on a long-term research project with one of the world's leading AI organizations. In this role, you will leverage your professional expertise to design and evaluate occupation-specific questions related to medical and health services management.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of full-time professional experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager.
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).

Project Details

• Work is fully asynchronous — complete tasks on your own schedule.
• A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required (actual hours may vary weekly).
• The project is expected to continue through the end of 2025, with potential for extension.
• Your participation directly contributes to advancing AI systems trained with real-world professional expertise.

Compensation & Contract Details

• Competitive hourly rates, aligned with your professional experience and geographic location ($100-$180 per hour).
• Weekly payments processed through Stripe Connect, based on logged project hours.
• Engagement will be on an "at-will" independent contractor basis.
• Visa sponsorship (H1-B or STEM OPT) is not available for this opportunity.
