A leading energy services provider is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor based in Lincolnshire, responsible for overseeing heating system installations in social housing. This permanent full-time role requires significant experience in supervising mechanical installations and strong knowledge of HVAC systems. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications while coordinating with diverse teams to enhance project delivery. EQUANS are recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to be based in Lincolnshire, to supervise works on heating systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps across the region within social housing. This is a permanent full‑time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and delivery of mechanical works on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes overseeing installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and pipework. The postholder acts as the key link between site management, subcontractors and the workforce to ensure that all mechanical activities comply with company procedures, industry standards and statutory regulations.
