Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant discipline.
• Proven experience within a building services environment.
• Desirable knowledge of PSSR 2000/Confined Space and Permit to Work systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned mechanical engineering activities.
• Ensure all Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance is completed.
• Carry out routine maintenance associated with mechanical systems.
