Your planning activities will support our business growth and ensure we meet our financial goals.**Your day to day responsibilities will include:*** Proactively plan, develop and lead the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations, and financial goals.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to optimise slot plan efficiency and reliability.* Understand constraints and limitations, and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.* Demonstrate comprehensive presentation skills, as this role requires leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to supervise production status and strategize for success.* Lead cross-functional teamwork to ensure long-term business success.**KLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
