This position plays a meaningful role in driving operational efficiency and business success by collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. The role requires critical thinking, strong communication, and outstanding presentation skills to influence senior leadership, lead key operational meetings, and proactively address production constraints. Your planning activities will support our business growth and ensure we meet our financial goals.**Your day to day responsibilities will include:*** Proactively plan, develop and lead the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations, and financial goals.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to optimise slot plan efficiency and reliability.* Understand constraints and limitations, and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.* Demonstrate comprehensive presentation skills, as this role requires leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to supervise production status and strategize for success.* Lead cross-functional teamwork to ensure long-term business success.**KLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
