Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience is required.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs including diagnostics.
• Request necessary parts for repairs.

Skills

Job description

TriCity Auto Care Tire Pros - Durham

Fulltime (Monday-Friday) 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM No Weekends
Pay based on Experience
Paid Vacation, Sick Pay, Health & Dental Insurnce

Master Auto Tech Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance to include drivability issues
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to include diagnostics
• Requests necessary parts

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
• A motivation to learn and succeed
• Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Preferred Experience:
  • Preferred ASE certification
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• NC State Inspector - A PLUS!

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
