Chatterbug is a Social Enterprise providing high quality, evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy services across the UK. Our mission is to create positive, lasting impact for children, families, and communities, and we are looking for a skilledMarketing Operations Managerto help us grow this impact even further.
We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Team for three days per week who has a strong background in B2B marketing and at least three years’ management experience. You will lead the operational delivery of our marketing function ensuring efficiency, timely execution, strong lead generation, and consistent brand representation across multiple product lines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement, and who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive meaningful results.
