Chatterbug is a Social Enterprise providing high quality, evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy services across the UK. Our mission is to create positive, lasting impact for children, families, and communities, and we are looking for a skilledMarketing Operations Managerto help us grow this impact even further.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Team for three days per week who has a strong background in B2B marketing and at least three years’ management experience. You will lead the operational delivery of our marketing function ensuring efficiency, timely execution, strong lead generation, and consistent brand representation across multiple product lines.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement, and who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Optimise marketing operations, workflows, and lead-management processes
  • Oversee brand consistency across all communications
  • Drive digital marketing, SEO, SEM (including AI), email and social media performance
  • Use Jira to organise and manage team workload
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage external partners
  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports
  • Support relationship-building within the education and healthcare sectors
About You
  • 7+ years’ marketing experience, including 3+ in a management or marketing operations role
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM (including AI), automation tools, and analytics
  • Experience in education, health, or social impact settings (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in managing projects, people, budgets, and timelines
  • Experience with Jira and preferably Zoho CRM
