Drives the development and implementation of the portfolio strategy in line with global and regional direction as well as local business priorities.

Oversees the full product life cycle, including commercialisation, registration requests, performance tracking, and discontinuation.

Builds a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor insights to inform decision making.

Works collaboratively with marketing leadership and hub teams to shape marketing and strategic plans.

Defines compelling value propositions and portfolio strategies across customer segments and channels.

Develops locally relevant marketing content and resources that strengthen commercial success, including tender-related materials.

Ensures effective tools and approaches are in place to support customer engagement and sales excellence.

Delivers portfolio training and provides pricing guidance that aligns with global and regional frameworks.

About you:
  • Extensive marketing or product management experience within MedTech, supported by strong technical marketing expertise.
  • Strong ability to influence across a complex organisation through effective relationships and communication.
  • International exposure or experience operating within multi-country environments.
  • Hands‑on, proactive working style with the ability to take ownership and adapt approaches in a fast‑paced, high‑volume portfolio environment.

  • High level of ownership, solution orientation, and drive to achieve clear outcomes.
  • Solid financial and business understanding, including experience working with tenders.
