Job Specification
What you'll be doing

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a brand-new role within the business, designed to help drive our next stage of growth.

You will be responsible for building and managing the top of the sales funnel, delivering strategic marketing activities that generate high-quality leads for our Business Development team. This includes creating and executing marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities in the market, managing outsourced digital agencies, overseeing content and social channels, and ensuring Intasite's brand continues to stand out in the safety-tech landscape.

This role requires someone who is confident, hands-on, and able to hit the ground running with minimal guidance, while also shaping the future of marketing at Intasite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy to support business growth and drive qualified inbound leads.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel campaigns (email, PPC, content, social, events etc.) to fill the top of the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage and optimise relationships with outsourced digital marketing agencies (PPC, SEO, PR, design etc.).
  • Own and grow Intasite's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content aligned with our brand and strategic goals.
  • Create compelling content (case studies, website copy, blogs, videos, newsletters, whitepapers) to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development to ensure marketing activities deliver sales-ready leads and support their outreach efforts.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse marketing performance, using data to optimise and refine campaigns.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO considerations, and user journeys to maximise conversions.
  • Support the development and promotion of new product features, services, and company news.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and external touchpoints.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role - ideally within SaaS, technology, or B2B industries. Previous experience or knowledge of safety or high-risk environments would also be desirable.
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on marketing activities independently.
  • Demonstrable success in generating inbound leads and managing top-funnel marketing activity.
  • Confident in managing external agencies, budgets, and digital marketing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics dashboards.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach - able to bring ideas, lead initiatives, and shape a new function without micromanagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Team-player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
