We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing content creation. This role requires a blend of management expertise, creative flair, and analytical skills to optimise our market presence across various channels. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and expanding our reach within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Oversee website management using Evance and ensure website content is optimised for search engines (SEO).
  • Organise events and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility.
  • Continue to grow our online presence on video platforms such as YouTube and TikTok -Being in front of the camera and editing skills are a MUST!
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and social media management tools.
  • IT proficiency across various platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.

This role is strictly an on-site role at our HQ in Ipswich, IP7 7HA.

Some travel and overnight stays to events, suppliers and customers is required throughout the year, but not excessive.
