About this role

We are recruiting for a Marketing Graduate to join our Marketing & Communications team in 2025. This is an entry‑level position designed to give you exposure to all aspects of marketing — from campaign delivery and digital advertising to PR, internal communications, data analysis and competitor research.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team, you will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing technology business with both B2B and B2C products. You’ll need a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field and be able to work full‑time from our Carlisle office.

Main responsibilities
  • Support campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels including email, social media, print, paid advertising and partner-led activities.
  • Create and adapt marketing content for a variety of audiences, producing compelling copy, visuals and messaging to drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, undertaking product, price and competitor research to support commercial decision making.
  • Support digital marketing, including paid social campaigns, website updates through the CMS, and maintaining accurate, relevant online content.
  • Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities, industry trends, emerging technologies and potential areas for brand growth.
  • Help manage external review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Working hours

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Experience required
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Strong written communication skills, including content creation, combined with an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital channels.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Some experience with SEO and content writing.
  • Experience with PR writing or creating marketing collateral.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI) a bonus.
