Overview

The Marketing Director is the guardian, catalyst and growth engine of the Mamas & Papas brand. You will own the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, supporting profitable and sustainable delivery of our product, category & channel growth missions, while building, protecting, and elevating the brand’s reputation, emotional connection, and salience with customers. You will balance short-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity within our omnichannel, global & ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Guardianship: Shape & advance the brand to fuel impact, grow equity, & unleash creative innovation.
  • Category & Product Marketing Excellence: Create customer-focused, globally resonant product marketing that brings innovations to life & drives commercial impact.
  • Channel Marketing Leadership: Drive integrated marketing that fuels growth, builds advocacy, & ensures every customer touchpoint amplifies the brand.
  • Social Media and Influencer Impact: Own an always-on social & creator strategy that grows reach, deepens authenticity, enhances brand perception & drives insight-led action.
  • Creative & Content Excellence: Drive impactful, audience-focused creative across all channels, unifying the brand story, fostering innovation to elevate reach, engagement & performance.
  • International Marketing Alignment: Lead global marketing to grow the brand through culturally tuned, partner-aligned campaigns.
  • Customer & Shopper Insightfulness: Leverage consumer & market insights to adapt the brand & convert understanding into advantage.
  • PR & Communications: Ensure clear, aligned communication that inspires trust, safeguarding the brand at every touchpoint.
  • Partnership & Community Engagement: Build strategic partnerships & community initiatives that amplify reach, boost credibility, & fosters brand advocacy.
  • P&L and ROI management: Drive profitable marketing across all channels with clear, data-led performance accountability.
  • Team & Culture: Build & lead a high-performing marketing team, driving accountability, collaboration, and innovation whilst retaining & attracting top talent.
