We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant, ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer, to help bring the life of our school to a wider audience. This role sits at the heart of how we communicate with current parents, prospective families, alumni, local partners and our wider community.

You’ll work closely with—and be fully supported by the Head of Admissions & Marketing, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and the Dukes Education central marketing team as you build your skills and confidence.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the creation of digital and print publications, including newsletters, brochures and school magazines.
  • Helping develop parent communications such as invitations, event updates and surveys.
  • Creating and scheduling content for the website, blog and social media channels.
  • Assisting with marketing activity for Open Mornings, tours and key school events.
  • Capturing photography/video at events to showcase the school’s creative energy.
  • Supporting brand consistency and helping ensure all communications feel warm, clear and on message.
