This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns that support patient care, promote clinical services and highlight the incredible work happening across our hospital group.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, digital content, and bringing ideas to life — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Updating website content, including consultant profiles and service information (CMS)
  • Spotting trends and contributing ideas to help shape our marketing strategy
  • Gathering and organising patient testimonials, case studies and success stories
  • Providing general administrative support — updating databases, managing brand assets and liaising with clinical teams
  • Monitoring campaign performance using social analytics and GA4, producing insight reports
  • Maintaining the marketing campaign calendar and supporting key service launches
  • Developing your understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media best practice

This role will also involve attending and supporting events, which may require evening or occasional weekend work.

  • Confidence working with clinicians and operational teams to gather accurate information
  • High attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality when handling patient stories
  • Experience using CMS platforms and email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
  • An interest in digital marketing, SEO and analytics
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a supportive, knowledgeable and creative marketing team
