Job summary

You will play a critical role in enhancing school satisfaction and retention, requiring a minimum of 4 years in the EdTech industry and strong communication skills. Opportunity –

In this role, you will:

  • Support schools with academic implementation of blended products through offline and online engagement.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of academic interventions such as trainings and classroom observations.
  • Resolve school queries by leveraging appropriate channels.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with state and regional teams to expand our footprint.
  • Conduct product demos in potential schools and coach state/regional sales teams.
  • Document and report all school-facing interventions.
  • Drive planned engagement activities to enhance school satisfaction.

Your work will directly influence school retention and growth, strengthening OUP’s position as a trusted partner in education.

About You
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel 15–20 days per month.
  • ‘Be the Cause’ mindset with high integrity.
  • Teacher training and teaching experience.
