THE ROLE
To work as part of our team providing a best-in-class management surveying service and after an initial training period, begin to take accountability for all property management workstreams across a designated portfolio of properties, fully supported by line manager and senior colleagues. To actively contribute to the wider team to continually enhance the way we do things, and to contribute to our vision of creating and maintaining “Places People Prefer”.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will deal with all L&T matters on designated assets and play a key role in meeting asset and department targets and objectives. Participating in part of a large management surveying team you will need to build productive close working relationships with colleagues and external consultants and service providers to maximise productivity and results.

ABOUT YOU
You will be able to demonstrate where you have faced challenges and effectively and successfully achieved results. You will have strong team ethos and a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn. You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen and personal integrity. Ideally with a real interest in management surveying/property management and a desire to ‘bring your whole self’ to the role. Prior relevant work experience and appropriate related qualifications (real estate degree or equivalent) is desirable.
