Your Duties

• Mechanical maintenance on a range of systems including AHUs, air conditioning, chillers and more
• Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs
• Monitor building management systems
• Participate in a 1 in 5 call‑out rota
• Work Monday to Friday double day shift (6‑2 / 2‑10)

Your Experience

• Mechanical maintenance engineer with a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• Strong fault‑finding experience on heating, hot water, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS, and emergency generator systems
• Ability to commute to Hatfield
