A leading manufacturer in the UK seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This full-time role offers a salary up to £47,000 plus overtime. The ideal candidate has a multiskilled background in maintenance engineering with experience in electrical and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include responding to machinery breakdowns, managing maintenance activities, and supporting subcontractors in a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Qualified in either an electrical or mechanical discipline.
  • Confident working with PLCs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance across production machinery.
  • Carry out TPM activities and ensure maintenance work is recorded accurately.
  • Manage spare parts stock and order replacements when required.
  • Fault-find and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support and oversee subcontracted maintenance services.

A global leader in the production of components for major OEMs is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to both breakdowns and planned maintenance across a range of production machinery
  • Carrying out TPM activities and ensuring all maintenance work is recorded accurately
  • Managing spare parts stock and ordering replacements when required
  • Fault-finding, problem-solving, and getting equipment back into production quickly
  • Supporting and overseeing subcontracted maintenance services
What we're looking for

  • 18th Edition certification is desirable
