We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Worthing. The role offers an OTE of up to £30,000.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and regulations, and recommending process improvements.
  • Liaising with clients and contractors.
  • Performing other duties as required by management.
