More About Your Role

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will triage all maintenance issues in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem. Part of your role will involve liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training, we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home). A Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

More About You

Property management experience is preferred for this role but not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service and have worked in a fast‑paced environment. Experience of working with various IT packages and having a track record of working with various stakeholders.
