A leading care charity is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team at a care home in Southam. This hands-on position requires maintaining a safe and comfortable environment through various maintenance tasks. The role offers 16.5 hours per week with flexible working patterns. Candidates must have relevant skills in building maintenance and hold a full driving license. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated team at Galanos House care home in Southam.
Help us provide and maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. In this hands‑on role, you’ll take pride in maintaining our building and grounds to the highest standards.
This is a Maintenance Assistant position, offering 16.5 hours per week with flexible working pattern over 7 days.

A building trade qualification and experience of carrying out maintenance duties in a care home or similar environment would be an advantage.
You must have a full clean driving licence and hold a D1/PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle).
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
