Job description

Hours: 12 Days and Nights on 3 shifts between Monday and Friday.

Salary: £12.89PH while training then £14.92PH afterwards

Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking for several Rewinders to work within a busy print production environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience within a similar role, but full training will be provided

Duties:

• To convert large, printed rolls of materials into the finished customer-specified format, utilising our in-house finishing equipment.
• The conversion process is linked to the printing process, with the two ultimately working in tandem as a "cell". The conversion process is also a crucial second-stage quality gate, and as such, a keen eye for detail is essential.

Specific Tasks:

• Operate within Company safety policy at all times.
• Knowledge and ability to utilise all inspection machinery to achieve the highest possible quality with maximum output and minimum waste.
• Always maintain a tidy work area.
